Sleep Friendly Cocktail
Excited to say that I have created a sleep friendly cocktail, which is now permanently available on the menu at Powerscourt Springs health farm, where I am hosting our Beauty and Sleep Retreat in November.
Sleep Friendly Cocktail
Ingredients
- 45ml non alcoholic gin
- 1 teaspoon manuka honey
- 15ml lemon juice
- 30ml Orange sec
- 100ml boiling water
- Peppermint tea bag
- Mint leaves
Make a cup of peppermint tea using the boiling water and peppermint tea bag. Leave to brew for two minutes. Allow to cool. Once cool, add the tea to your cocktail glass. Stir in lemon juice and gin. Chill until cold, about 1 hour. Add the honey and orange sec. Stir. Serve in rocks glasses filled with ice garnished with sprigs of mint. This non alcoholic gin cocktail can be made in advance too, 4 hours ahead. Keep chilled.
