We are happy to refund any product* returned within 28 days of purchase, as long as it is returned unworn, in its original state and its original packaging. Currently, are unable to offer exchanges. We ask is that the goods are in the same unused condition as when you received them and in their original packing (we reserve the right to inspect and refuse to accept returned goods if they are not in a resalable condition) *This does not affect your rights if the product is misdescribed or faulty.

If you change your mind about your purchase, you can return your items to us within 28 days of delivery. Your return will be evaluated by our Quality Team, and it can take seven to ten days to receive confirmation whether your order has been rejected or accepted.

Returning your order - Shipping costs

If you wish to return your order, note that the shipping costs to return the items to our warehouse, by courier or by post, is solely payable by the customer. We suggest that you hold on to your return receipt and track your return until delivery.

Providing the item qualifies for a refund then this will be issued to the source of the original payment, please note:

For payments funded with an Amazon, Paypal, Google Pay or ApplePay account, the refund will be issued back to the same account.

For payments funded with a Credit/Debit card, the refund will be issued back onto the same card.

Refunds are in the same currency as the original payment.

Whilst we will issue the refund as soon as possible, refunds can take up to thirty days depending on the form of payment/bank.
